Support for Companies & Start-Ups

I provide companies with support that fits the situation: sometimes formal & analytical, sometimes relaxed & pragmatic.

When working with start-ups, I like to get actively involved and contribute hands-on experience across multiple areas, including:

• Founding & regulatory affairs (Chamber of Commerce, tax authorities, trademark law via EUIPO & DPMA)
• Finance & structuring (identifying the right tax advisors, e.g. specialized in e-commerce)
• Technology & infrastructure (IT architecture, shop systems, service providers)
• Logistics & operations (fulfillment partners, parcel service agreements)
• Growth & markets (manufacturer partnerships, marketplace business in DE, EU & beyond)

What I particularly value is collaboration with other investors, who bring complementary expertise and help ensure a well-rounded approach to each project.

In addition to my own experience, I also provide access to a broad network of specialists across diverse fields.

Investment? Yes, but not mandatory

Investment can be a path—but it’s not a prerequisite. I enjoy supporting ambitious start-ups with my know-how, even without capital involvement.
